* Laugh it up with Jo Koy. He's opened for headliners Dave Chappelle, Mike Epps and Snoop Dogg and was a hit on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," and now comedian Jo Koy headlines two nights of standup laughter in Honolulu. * If anyone can make people see (and we mean really see) the incredible beauty in nature, it's the artist Andy Goldsworthy. To celebrate Earth Day 2006, Chaminade University offers a free screening at 7 p.m. tonight of the documentary "Rivers and Tides: Working with Time," about the Scotsman who does incredible things with rocks and leaves and ice.
