STAGE

Hawai'i Education of the Arts (HEARTS) auditions youths ages 8-14 for the musical "Oliver," 6 p.m. Tuesday or Thursday at the Kailua Church of the Nazarene or 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Makiki Christian Church. Prepare a short song, piano accompanist provided. Rehearsals in the afternoons beginning June 10 on the Windward side. Production will stage at the Paliku Theatre on July 13-22. 741-2787.

Honolulu Theatre for Youth auditions for full-time paid adult actors for the 2006-7 season, 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, Tenney Theatre, St. Andrew's Cathedral. Prepare two memorized contrasting one-minute monologues and any additional skills such as playing a musical instruments or acrobatics. Schedule an audition: 839-9885.

Manoa Valley Theatre auditions male actors for the June 28-Aug. 6 production of the musical comedy "Pageant," 7 p.m. May 7 at the theater. MUSIC/DANCE

UH-Manoa auditions interested students for the fine arts degree program in dance, 5:30 p.m. tomorrow at the temporary dance building (lower campus across from the tennis courts).
