St. Francis turns back Word of Life

Kanani Perry scored 17 points and Siutiti Takai added 14 to lead St. Francis to a 60-52 victory over Word of Life last night in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division II game at Damien gym.

The Troubadours made 20 of 32 free throws and improved to 6-1.

They are one game behind Punahou and La Pietra, both 7-0.

Careena Onosai scored 18 and Shayna Onosai added 10 for Word of Life (4-3).
