Woman killed in H-2 crash

Advertiser Staff

A 25-year-old Mililani woman died after her car hit a guardrail and flipped over on the H-2 Freeway just past the Ka Uka Boulevard overpass early this morning.

The woman was driving south on the H-2 in a blue 2000 Ford Taurus when she lost control of the car, which crashed into a guardrail. Police responded to the accident about 1:20 a.m.

The woman was taken to Kaiser Permanente's Moanalua Medical Center, where she died of injuries she sustained from the accident. She was the only person in the car.

It was not immediately known if speed or alcohol were factors, police said.
