Forecast calls for partly cloudy skies, mauka showers

The forecast today and tonight for Kaua'i, O'ahu Maui, Moloka'i and Lana'i calls for partly cloudy skies with scattered windward and mountain showers, according to the National Weather Service Honolulu.

Leeward will have isolated showers through the day. High temperatures will range from 81 to 86 degrees and the lows will be from 68 to 73 degrees Winds will blow from 15 to 20 mph.

On the Big Island, the windward side will have partly cloudy skies with scattered showers during the day, the weather service said. At night, skies will be mostly cloudy and showers are likely. Leeward will have partly cloudy skies with isolated showers this afternoon and evening. The high temperatures will be from 81 to 86 degrees and the lows from 68 to 73.

East winds will blow around 15 mph.
