HILO, Hawai'i — Big Island police have identified the man who apparently fell off a cliff above Waipi'o Valley Road Saturday night as Roger Lasko, 61.

Lasko apparently fell 40 to 50 feet from private property above the roadway, and his body was found on the road leading down into the valley from the Waipi'o Valley Lookout.

Police said there were no indications of foul play, and have ordered an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
