Wie tees off Wednesday night

Honolulu's Michelle Wie will tee off 8:36 p.m. Hawai'i time on Wednesday in the opening round of the 72-hole Weetabix Women's British Open in Lytham St. Annes, England.Wie, who finished tied for third in this event last year, is paired with Sakura Yokomine and Laura Davies.
Wie was paired with Davies on the final day of last week's Evian Masters in France, an event in which Wie and Davies tied for second behind Karrie Webb.
On Friday, Wie tees off with the same group at 1:26 a.m., Hawai'i time.
The 150-player field will be cut to the top 65 and ties following the second round.
