TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Last Comic Standing" finale, 7 p.m., NBC. The votes are in, so all that's left is to learn who is this year's stand-up comedy champion. Three men — Josh Blue, Chris Porter and Ty Barnett — went into last night's hour with one eliminated and two performing. Expect lots of extra fun tonight, including visits from previous years' contestants. Jay London's appearance last week was hilarious. Also, Jay Mohr — who hosted and helped produce the first three seasons of the show — will be back for his own stand-up bit. Then we'll learn who will win an NBC development deal and a Bravo special.

OF NOTE

"Rock Star: Supernova," 7 p.m., CBS. Another contestant is eliminated.

"House," 7 p.m., Fox. A teen faith-healer doesn't want his brain tumor treated for fear that would affect his abilities.

"30 Days," 7 p.m., FX. Opposite views of religion meet. On one side is Brenda (no last name is given), of Lawrence, Kan.; she's a homemaker who has a doctorate in psychology, a husband, four kids and adamant, atheist views. She'll spend a month in Frisco, Texas, with Scott and Tracy Shores. They have three kids, and a fourth on the way. They attend church, pray daily and host weekly Bible studies in their home.

"So You Think You Can Dance," 8 p.m., Fox. Four dancers remain, each of them remarkably talented. Here's the first half of the two-week finale.

"Lost," 8 p.m., ABC. Locke, Jack and Sayid have had no success interrogating the prisoner. Now Locke enlists Ana Lucia to help. Meanwhile, Sun has found a secret and isn't sure what to do about it.

"Criminal Minds," 8 p.m., CBS. The search for an 11-year-old is complicated because police weren't notified until 20 hours after she vanished.

"America's Got Talent," 8:30 p.m., NBC. As this show soared in the ratings, NBC said it might find a way to extend its run a week. Here it is: Some people who didn't reach the semi-finals are brought back. Then the viewers will choose one to be the ninth contestant when next week's finals begin.

"CSI: NY," 9 p.m., CBS. When a medical helicopter is stolen police must catch killers and retrieve a liver needed for transplant.
