Kona Street stretch re-opened after 4-hour closure

A stretch of Kona Street has re-opened to traffic after a four-hour police investigation forced the closure of the road.The street was shut down at 6 a.m. between Ke'eaumoku and Konaiki streets. It was re-opened at 10:17 a.m., Honolulu Police Department officials said.
