Trade winds to continue through tomorrow

Look for the breezy trade winds to continue at least through tomorrow, according to the National Weather Service.

The winds will bring a few light showers with them, mostly over the windward area, forecasters said.

The trades are expected to back off and shower activity to pick up a bit a bit Saturday evening.

Here's how the weekend looks:

Today, mostly sunny. Highs 80 to 88. East winds 15 to 20 mph.

Tonight, mostly clear. Lows 67 to 78. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph.

Saturday, partly cloudy with isolated showers. Highs 81 to 88. East winds 15 to 20 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Saturday night, partly cloudy. Isolated showers in the evening, then scattered showers after midnight. Lows 66 to 76. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 30 percent.

Sunday, mostly sunny. Isolated showers in the morning. Highs 80 to 89. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Sunday night, mostly clear with isolated showers. Lows 67 to 77. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Monday, mostly sunny in the morning then becoming partly cloudy. Isolated showers. Highs 82 to 89. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Monday night, partly cloudy with scattered showers. Lows 66 to 77. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 40 percent.
