Rush Hour: H-1 westbound traffic slow

A stalled vehicle is causing a hazard and slowing down west-bound, commute traffic along the H-1 Freeway at Kaonohi Street.West-bound traffic is also slowing down along the H-1 Freeway through 'Aiea and backed up to Halawa. In the diamondhead direction of the H-1, traffic slows near the Ward Avenue exit.
