CHRIS ISAAK IN OCTOBER GIGS

Tickets go on sale at 9 a.m. tomorrow for an Oct. 21 concert by retro roots rocker Chris Isaak, whose CDs "Heart Shaped World" and "Wicked Game" made him a darling of critics and listeners alike.

The concert is at 7:30 p.m. at the Blaisdell Concert Hall. Tickets — $40, $60, $80 — will be available at Ticketmaster outlets, (877) 750-4400, ticketmaster.com.

Isaak also will perform at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at the Castle Theater of the Maui Arts & Cultural Center. Tickets — $35 to $65 — will be sold beginning tomorrow for MACC members, from Sept. 1 for the general public. (808) 242-7469, www.mauiarts.org.

IT'S ALL GREEK TO US

The 26th annual Greek Festival of food, food, food and culture, culture, culture and much camaraderie is happening from noon to 9 p.m. Aug. 26-27 at the McCoy Pavilion of Ala Moana Beach Park.

Sponsored by the Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Pacific, the festival will be full of authentic Greek edibles (think moussaka and baklava) and drinks and Greek music and dancing.

Admission is $3 general, free for kids 11 and younger.
