TENNIS

Entry forms for the $5,000 Wailea Kula Glass Open, Sept. 1 to 4, are available online at waileatennis.com or at the Wailea Tennis Club pro shop. Next Friday (Aug. 25) is the deadline to enter. Entry fee is $60, which includes entry into one singles and one doubles event, a T-shirt, hat, and a ticket to the Players Party Sept. 2. Draws will be available after 6 p.m., Aug. 28. POLO

The Hawai'i Polo Club will host a match between Virginia and a team of players from the North Shore on Sunday at Mokule'ia. Gates open at 11 a.m. with matches starting at 2 p.m. For details, call 637-8401.

BICYCLING

The 25th Honolulu Century Ride is Sept. 24. Applications for the ride, which starts and ends at Kapi'olani Park, are available at active.com or ww.hbl.org. Courses are 20, 25, 40, 50, 75 or 100 miles. For details, call 735-5756 or e-mail bicycle@hbl.org.

BOXING

Boxers from O'ahu, Maui, the Big Island and Kaua'i are scheduled to compete in an amateur card Aug. 26 at Palolo District Park. Organizers of the 6 p.m. event are USA Boxing-Hawai'i, Palolo Boxing Club and Kawano Boxing Club. Admission is $10 at the door, $5 for youths 10 and under.
