Renovations at Windward Mall include five new retailers

Advertiser Staff

Windward Mall will hold ceremonies on Wednesday as it begins a $23 million renovation project that will include the addition of five new retailers, who will be announced Wednesday.

The year-old renovation is the first in the mall's 24-year history and will include redesigned entrances, better landscaping, new flooring, lighting, paint and an additional escalator between the mall's two levels.

The Ho'ola'a dedication ceremony will be held in the mall's center court from 11 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Windward Mall, which is owned by Kamehameha Schools, is Hawai'i's sixth-largest shopping complex.
