Rush hour: Disabled vehicles slowing traffic flow

A disabled vehicle in the eastbound direction of the H-1 Freeway at the Kaamilo overpass has officials urging caution in Aiea.Police also report a disabled vehicle on the Moanalua Freeway at the Tripler Army Medical Center off-ramp.
Westbound, H-1 traffic is backed up through Radford Drive.
