Kahala Mall theaters set to reopen later this year

Consolidated Amusement said it hopes to reopen its movie compex at Kahala Mall later this year after repair extensive damage to the theaters caused by flooding in late March.Jody Shiroma Perreira, a spokeswoman for Consolidated, said construction is scheduled to begin in the next four weeks. She said she did not have other information on the project.
The eight-screen complex and other stores were flooded on March 31 during a heavy downpour. Kahala Mall shut for three and a half days to mop up and make repairs.
