Rush hour: Slow traffic flow near Aloha Stadium

A stalled vehicle just before the H1-H2 merge slowed westbound traffic during the afternoon rush hour this afternoon but appeared to have been moved to the right shoulder by 5 p.m. Traffic still appeared to be backed up to Aloha Stadium, however.Eastbound traffic appeared to be hindered by the normal slow-downs moving through town.
