Rush hour: Stalled vehicle slowing H-1 traffic

A stalled vehicle in the west-bound direction of the H-1 Freeway is creating a potential hazard at the Waimalu off-ramp in Pearl City.Another stalled vehicle is also creating problems in the west-bound direction of the H-1 at the Kamehameha Highway overpass. Both the east- and west-bound lanes of California Avenue in Wahiawa have become blocked between Uuku Street and Dole Road because of fallen power cables on California Avenue.
