Arrest in Blackberry phones theft

CrimeStoppers and the Honolulu Police Department are thanking the public for their assistance in identifying a man suspected of stealing two Blackberry phones from the Cingular Store located at 1260 North School Street.Police said a man entered the store about 6:40 p.m. Aug. 23, proceeded to the phone display and removed two phones. The suspect left the store in an unknown direction.
A man was arrested at 9:20 a.m. yesterday at the Kalihi Police Station in connection with the case.
