A development partnership said it is moving ahead with sales for a planned 120-unit condominium complex on Kaua'i called Royal Palms at Po'ipu Beach.

Poipu Palms Limited Partnership said it will begin taking sales reservations for units on Dec. 17, and expects to have the project built by May 2008.

Prices for the one- to three-bedroom units range from $600,000 to $1.3 million.

The project on 22 acres is adjacent to the Kiahuna Golf Club and Po'ipu Shopping Village, and is being brokered by The O'Neill Group.

Poipu Palms is a partnership between Honolulu-based U.S. Pacific Development LLC and Canada-based developer Ledcor Properties.
