Sunny skies, dry weather in the forecast

Advertiser Staff

Unless you're headed to the windward or mauka areas, you can put away those umbrellas this week.

The National Weather Service's forecast calls for dry trade wind weather, and whatever showers that occur will be isolated and light, mainly confined to mauka and windward areas.

That all translates into lots of sunshine and little rain this week.

Today's weather will be mostly sunny with highs 74 to 81 degrees and east winds 10 to 20 mph.

Tomorrow and Wednesday's forecast offers much of the same, with winds dropping to 10 to 15 mph.
