Verizon Communications wins Forest Service contract

Verizon Communications will provide a range of voice communications services to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service, including those in Hawai'i, under a five-year contract worth up to $37 million.The company's Verizon Business unit will provide maintenance, repair and other services for the offices here, on the Mainland, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
