Massachusetts-based Maui Beverages hires new PR firm

Massachusetts-based Maui Beverages has signed up a new public relations firm to help with an ambitious campaign as it extends its line of fruit smoothies, frozen cocktails and other products.Six-year-old Maui Beverages' products include the Big Kahuna Bloody Mary and Maui Premium Sweet 'n' Sour drink mix. The company's Web site said Maui Beverages' "embraces the 'Life's a Beach' philosophy" and was formed when its founders were visiting Ka'anapali several years ago.
The company has contracted Massachusetts-based Pan Communications to help with the introduction of new products, including development of a brand identity, according to a news release.
