Russell Case quits ML Macadamia Orchards board

Hilo-based ML Macadamia Orchards L.P. announced today that director Russell Case resigned effective Nov. 30. He served as a director since June 2006.The company also declared a quarterly cash distribution of five cents per Class A share. The dividend will be paid on Feb. 15 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 29.
