O'Neill World Cup to be held today

The final day of the O'Neill World Cup of Surfing will begin today at about 12:30 p.m. at Sunset Beach.Competition will begin with the quarterfinals.
The O'Neill World Cup is the second jewel of the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing.
