Police Beat: Teen arrested in teacher-threat incident

Police arrested a 17-year-old girl yesterday after she allegedly threatened to harm a teacher at an alternative school in Kapolei.

The teacher, a 25-year-old woman, reported being threatened and police were called.

They arrested the girl on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening.

Complaint of inappropriate touching leads to arrest

A 78-year-old 'Ewa Beach man was arrested yesterday after he allegedly touched a 49 year-old woman inappropriately.

Police said the woman filed a police complaint and identified the man who allegedly fondled her.

Police located and arrested the man about 8 a.m. on suspicion of third-degree sexual assault. He was later released without charges pending further investigation.
