Pearl Harbor ceremonies under way

About 3,500 people, including several hundred Pearl Harbor survivors, are lining the Kilo Pier at the harbor waiting for ceremonies commemorating the 65th anniversary of the Japanese attack on the harbor to begin.

A light rain is falling from the skies above the harbor but the mood is said to be very upbeat.
