USS Oklahoma groundbreaking this afternoon

The ground breaking ceremony for the USS Oklahoma Memorial will be held at 12:30 today at the pier fronting Battleship Missouri on Ford Island.The memorial is dedicated to the 429 marines and sailors who were killed in the Dec. 7, 1941 attack on Pearl Harbor.
Gov. Linda Lingle will take part in the ceremony.
