BENJAMIN EUGENIO AGUSTIN, 79, of Wai'anae, died Nov. 21, 2006. Born in Alabaan, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Retired maintenance man for Hawaiian Landscaping. MAUDE YUK KYAU HEE, 81, of Honolulu, died Nov. 29, 2006. Born in Ha'iku, Maui. Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kaimuki Ward. Survived by companion, Hiroshi Nakasone; son, Milton; daughters, Lorraine Lincoln and Williette "Sue Hing"; sisters, Mew Lang Pickford and Lorraine Brown; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. DR. RUTH C. HERTER, 99, of Kane'ohe, died Dec. 1, 2006. Born in Dyersberg, Tenn. Instrumental in founding the Blood Bank of Honolulu; retired microbiologist and teacher. Survived by sons, W.B. Jr. and Alden; daughter, Judith H. Moore; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Graveside service at the family plot at Munford Cemetery in Covington, Tenn. No flowers.
