Trade winds keep it cool around the islands

A high pressure system north of the islands is going to keep the cooler trade winds around for a few days, though it will be mostly dry weather, the National Weather Service said.

Today's forecast calls for partly sunny skies with isolated light showers, highs 74 to 81 degrees and east winds 10 to 20 mph.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with isolated light showers, lows 64 to 71 degrees and east winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow calls for mostly sunny skies with isolated light showers, highs 74 to 81 and east winds 15 to 20 mph with a chance of rain at 20 percent.

Sunday will be partly sunny with isolated showers, highs 74 to 81 with east winds 10 to 15 mph.
