Man critically hurt at Kahuku motocross

A 52-year-old man injured on the grounds of the Kahuku motocross track was taken by helicopter to The Queen's Medical Center today in critical condition with extensive trauma injuries.Emergency Medical Services spokesman Bryan Cheplic said the injuries were "not life-threatening, but he's in bad shape."
Paramedics took the man from the track area to Sunset Beach Elementary School, where he was placed on a helicopter.
