Man arrested in Wahiawa beating

A 59-year-old man was arrested today in Hale'iwa for questioning about a beating that occurred Thursday in Wahiawa.The man was booked on suspicion of assault.
A 50-year-old man said he was struck repeatedly on the head with a blunt object Thursday during a 6 a.m. fracas. Police did not release information as to the extent of the complainant's injuries.
