Plenty of sunshine this week

A high-pressure system north of the Islands will keep moderate trade winds blowing through much of the coming week, according to the National Weather Service.

The dry and stable air over the Islands will keep clouds and showers to a minimum, although trade-wind showers could begin to return on Wednesday.

Here's a detailed look at the next few days:

Today, sunny. Highs 77 to 83. East winds 10 to 15 mph, with higher gusts.

Tonight, partly cloudy. Lows 65 to 71. East winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow, sunny. Highs 77 to 83. East winds 10 to 15 mph.

Tomorrow night, mostly clear. Lows 65 to 71. East winds around 10 mph.

Tuesday, sunny. Highs 77 to 83. East winds 10 to 15 mph.
