Town bound traffic slow going

A stall townbound on the Likelike Highway, just before the WIlson Tunnel, is slowing down commuters from the windward side.The morning commute is slow east bound through Pearl City with traffic backed up to the Waikele Shopping Center.
Traffic is also backed up near the Middle Street merge and loosening near Liliha Street.
Moanalua Freeway is heavy, backed up to the Fort Shafter overpass.
Ewa bound traffic is clear so far.
