Small craft advisory in effect

A small craft advisory is in effect through this morning for all Hawaii waters, according to the National Weather Service in Honolulu.Winds are forecasted out of the east at 15 knots with wind waves from 3 to 5 feet. A northwest swell of 10 feet is expected, becoming 7 feet by tonight.
