Native Hawaiian business group sets Christmas event

Advertiser Staff

The Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Christmas Party mixer Dec. 20 at Hale Pelekikena, the Kamehameha Schools president's house on the Kapalama campus.

The event, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m., will feature a special buffet, beverages and Christmas entertainment.

"We are very pleased with the progress we have made this year with our programs, events and business activities," stated NHCC President Kaleo Paik. "We invite other Native Hawaiian organizations to help us celebrate our accomplishments. It will be a great opportunity for all us to learn more about each other and what we do," she said.

Members are encouraged to bring a guest. There is no charge for NHCC members; the cost for guests is $20. For more information about the event, call Pauline Worsham at 808.951.5373 or visit www.nativehawaiian.cc.
