UH's Kamana'o named to All-America first team

University of Hawai'i setter Kanoe Kamana'o was selected to the American Volleyball Coaches Association All-American team for a fourth consecutive year today, the AVCA announced.Kamana'o is one of four setters on the 12-member first team selected by the Division I All-American Committee.
Outside hitter Jamie Houston was a third-team pick while outsider hitter Sarah Mason and middle blocker Juliana Sanders were honorable mention choices.
Kamana'o was a first-team pick in in 2004 and a third-team selection in 2003 and 2005.
This year's awards will be presented Friday at the AVCA All-American Banquet in Omaha, Neb., site of the final four.
