Authorities ID drowning victim

A man whose body was found last night in waters near Mokoli'i off Kualoa has been identified as Milton Oshiro, 59, of Kane'ohe.Oshiro's body was brought to shore by friends at 7:40 last night, according to the Honolulu Fire Department.
Oshiro, who suffered from heart disease, drowned after suffering a stroke and his death was deemed an accident, according to the office of the City Medical Examiner.
