Sunny, breezy weather to continue
Advertiser Staff
The trade winds will likely increase a notch or two today through early tomorrow as a high pressure system northwest of the islands strengthens and moves off to the east, according to the National Weather Service.
Clouds and showers will favor windward and mauka areas, with a few of them blowing into leeward areas at times due to the strengthening trades.
The breezy winds will decrease late Saturday and into next week as the high pressure system moves toward the Mainland and a shearline approaches Hawaii from the northwest.
