Witnesses help arrest suspected purse-snatcher

Police arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of second-degree robbery following a purse-snatching incident Wednesday in Kalihi.
The man, who was riding a bicycle, was arrested with the help of witnesses after allegedly taking the purse of a 48-year-old woman on Dillingham Boulevard near Kalihi Street at 10:15 a.m.
