Sunterra Corp. to restate certain financial statements

Sunterra Corp., a timeshare vacation company with 11 properties in Hawai'i, will restate certain financial statements and delay filing its annual report because of accounting errors at its European subsidiary.Previously issued statements ``should no longer be relied upon,'' North Las Vegas, Nevada-based Sunterra said today in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bloomberg News reported.
