More community parades to spread that holiday cheer

 •  Marathon recovery: take it slow

Another weekend, another set of holiday parades (and traffic advisories):

  • The Waimanalo Christmas Parade, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. today, starts at Waimanalo District Park, to Hihimanu Street, to Kumuhau Street, to Humuniki Street, to Kalaniana'ole Highway, ending at Waimanalo Beach Park.

  • The Festival of Lights Boat Parade is from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. today and floats along the waterways of Hawai'i Kai and Koko Marina.

  • The 'Ewa Beach Christmas Parade, from 5:45 to 7:30 p.m. today, begins at 'Ilima Intermediate School, to Fort Weaver Road, to Kuhina Street, to Hanakahi Street, to North Road, to Fort Weaver Road, ending at 'Ilima Intermediate School.
