3 arrested in drug trafficking cases

Three men were arrested by police Monday at separate locations on warrants charging them with trafficking crystal methamphetamine.Delton Alae Avilla, 41; Kelly Keahi Pacheco, 36, and Saipele Siatini, 28, have a total of 25 prior convictions between them, according to Hawai'i Criminal Justice Data Center records.
Avilla, who has no permanent local address, was arrested in Ma'ili at noon for one count of felony meth trafficking on a $15,000 warrant. He is also charged on four outstanding misdemeanor warrants totalling $900.
Pacheco, no local address, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. on Kekuilani Loop in Kapolei on a $15,000 meth trafficking warrant.
Siatini was arrested at his residence on the 700 block of Kamehameha Highway at 11:15 a.m. on four meth-trafficking warrants totalling $35,000 and a $10,000 probation revocation warrant.
Trafficking involves the selling of meth.
All three are scheduled for initial appearances Tuesday at District Court.
