Hawaiian Telcom's Ruley named trade group director

Michael Ruley, chief executive officer of Hawaiian Telcom, has been named a director of the United States Telcom Association for 2007.The trade group respresents more than 1,000 companies, including those that provide telecommunications services and others who supply equipment.
