Free divorce law seminar today

The Hawai`i State Judiciary is hosting a free, "Divorce Law in Hawai`i" program from noon to 1 p.m. today in the Supreme Court courtroom on the second floor of Ali`iolani Hale, 417 South King Street.Attorney William C. Darrah will provide an overview of Hawai`i law as it relates to custody and visitation, division of property and debt, child support, alimony, and other divorce issues. He will also talk about the steps in the legal process of divorce and the resources available to someone going through a Hawai`i divorce.
"Divorce Law in Hawai`i" is presented by the Judiciary on a monthly basis as a public service.
