Norman Mineta joins Horizon Lines board

Horizon Lines Inc., The No. 2 shipping line for cargo to Hawai'i, said former U.S. Secretary of transportation Norman Mineta is joining its board of directors in January.Mineta fills a vacancy created when retired Admiral James Holloway announced he was leaving the board at the end of the month.
