Sunny sledding for Santa and his helpers today

It's going to be a beautiful Christmas Day for the beach, park or just try the new toys outside with friends and family.

Few clouds will be in the sky, the National Weather Service said, and you can expect sunny weather with temperatures 71 to 78 degrees and east winds up 10 mph.

Tonight will be partly cloudy with isolated showers in the evening, scattered showers after midnight and lows 59 to 68 degrees with a 40 percent chance of rain.

Tomorrow will be mostly sunny with isolated showers, highs 73 to 80 and east winds 10 to 15 mph with a 20 percent chance of rain. Tomorrow night, expect mostly cloudy skies, scattered showers and temperatures dipping 59 to 68 degrees with a 50 percent chance of rain.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny with scattered showers, highs 73 to 80, northeast winds around 10 mph and a 30 percent chance of rain.
