No roadwork slated for today

Many areas are getting a holiday break from roadwork this week. Today, no work is scheduled.

Lane closures will not be scheduled through Jan. 2 on the following:

i H-1, H-2 and H-3 freeways

i Kalaniana'ole Highway between Kahala Mall to Lunalilo Home Road

i Kamehameha Highway from Acacia Road to Valkenburgh Street

i Kamehameha Highway from Kane'ohe to Kahuku

i Nimitz Highway/Ala Moana Boulevard from Valkenburgh Street to Kalakaua Avenue

i Kalihi Street/Likelike Highway from Nimitz Highway to Kamehameha Highway

i Pali Highway/Kalaniana'ole Highway/Kailua Road from Vineyard Boulevard to Kailua town

i Vineyard Boulevard from Palama Street to Punchbowl Street

i Moanalua Freeway

i Kahekili Highway

Lane closures for highway construction projects at these locations will resume on Jan. 3.

Highway work that does not involve lane closures, such as shoulder maintenance and landscaping work, may still be scheduled. Emergency road closures may also be scheduled when necessary.

Kamehameha work near Crouching Lion

Shoulder lanes will close on Kamehameha Highway between Waiahole Valley Road and Crouching Lion Inn Tuesday through Friday for sign installation and guardrail work.

Farrington work in Nanakuli continues

West-bound right lanes will be closed on Farrington Highway between Hakimo Road and Ka'ukama Road from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.

The right lane will be closed for adjustments to an existing concrete channel wall and the installation of a chain-link fence.

Farrington project in Waipahu continues

Lanes will be closed on Farrington Highway in Waipahu Tuesday through Friday at these locations and times:

East-bound, 8:30 a.m. through 3 p.m. daily

i From Waipio Point Access Road to the H-1 Freeway overpass for road resurfacing.

i From Old Fort Weaver Road to Waipahu Depot Road for pavement striping.

West-bound, 7:30 a.m. through 3 p.m. daily

i From Kahuali'i Street to Paiwa Street for road resurfacing.

i From Waipahu Depot Road to Leoku Street for pavement striping.

i From the H-1 Freeway overpass to Waipahu High School for utility cover adjustments.
