Today's Insight Bowl game between Minnesota and Texas Tech will be telecast on the NFL Network, which is not carried by Oceanic cable.The game will be available on Dish Network.
Minnesota (6-6) and Texas Tech (7-5) will kickoff at 2:30 p.m.
