Big Island library damaged by quakes set to reopen

The Big Island's Laupahoehoe Public & School Library, which has been closed due to damages sustained from the Oct. 15 earthquakes, is scheduled to reopen at 9 a.m. Tuesday.The state Department of Accounting and General Services conducted inspections of the repair work done for this library and has determined that it is ready to reopen to the public.
